Brillante, limpio y de color amarillo pálido. Presenta aromas florales como el azahar y matices de frutas tropicales como la piña o el melocotón. En boca es amplio y untuoso con un postgusto muy afrutado, destaca su excelente acidez.

The night harvest takes place in late August to preserve the aromas and quality of selection of our finest varietals. The grapes are cooled with dry ice during the transport to the winery to keep all their fruity aromas. Then a soft squeezed is performed, carrying out the peculiar maceration at low temperature to extract the maximum of primary aromas. The bleeding is produced through extraction by gravity and at controlled temperature, using selected yeast.
