Cerveza de Trigo. Originaria de Múnich, donde a comienzos del siglo XII se establecieron los monjes de St. Paulis. Elaborada con malta de trigo, es naturalmente turbia por la presencia de levadura. De fermentación alta, su sabor es afrutado y natural. Vol. 5,3% Alc.
